In short: Party Hard Tycoon looks and sounds nice but the experience lacks in depth.If you enjoyed the Party Hard aesthetic, crab it from the Christmas sale.Your goal is to manage and set up profitable and likeable parties. You begin with a few available themes, locations and some money and you unlock more of them as you level up. From time to time you get an additional party goal from a random character. These random goals were the most interesting part of the gameplay for me since they bring purpose to the otherwise grindy gameplay. But... the way that the goals are set up is frustrating. I found myself more than once accepting a goal/mission without having the required theme or location, because it was not clearly indicated in the mission statement that I needed it. And since the next party that you set up should reach the given goal, it is impossible to reach it. I think there's a story to be found in the random character appearances but for me it was lost in the frustration and uniform thickness of the gameplay. It's entertaining for a few hours but does not hold up for a long gameplay.. Glitchy game. Needs work. Things stop working randomly during the party and then guests are♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. RIght now I think it needs a lot of work but I do see great potential in it. I will come back to it when its out of early access and change my review then. Good beginning game play but eather the mid to late game needs more ironing out or its difficalty curb is way to high. Not sure withch.
